Camp Fees: Registration - $25.00 per child
The cost of the first week and a $10 deposit on each additional week the child will attend must also be paid in advance.
Daycamp T-shirt available (optional) $15.00
You may register as full- or part-time.
FULL-TIME – 3 or more days per week
$ 90.00 per week per child
PART-TIME – 1 or 2 days per week (your choice of days)
$40.00 per day per child
Enrollment Policy: If starting the 1st day of Daycamp, we have an open enrollment up to the week of May 19, otherwise enrollment ends June 30th.
Payment Policy: All payments may be made on the internet or at the school office or drop box. Counselors cannot accept payments. Registration fee, swim fee, and first week’s payment are due at the time of enrollment. Your payment is due on Wednesday for the following week. If not paid by Thursday, there will be a $5.00 late fee. If no payment is received by Friday, your child may not come to day camp on Monday. Your account must stay one week ahead.Late Pickup Fees: Day camp is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
A late fee of $1.00 for every minute will be assessed for late pick-up.
Littlebits - Will not have a swim fee. They will have water fun outside on the school grounds on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The children must bring a towel, sunscreen, and swim suit on these days.
Eaglettes – Will need a pass to Midwest City Regional Pool. The cost is approximately $30.00 and must be purchased in the school office.
Eagles – Will need a dual Whitewater/Frontier City park pass. The cost is approximately $70.00. You may purchase these at the school office or bring your own pass on swim/park days.
Eaglettes & Eagles – Will pay $15.00 extra for Celebration Station once each month. (See schedule)
