Eaglettes and Eagles Daycamp Calendar
Camp Dates: May 26, 2010 through August 6, 2010
Camp Hours: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
Age Divisions: Littlebits - 5 & 6 yrs of age
(must have completed Kindergarten)
Eaglettes – 7- 9 yrs of age
Eagles – 10 - 13 yrs of age
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
A night drop is located outside the school office door on the north end of the building.
Immunization Records:
We are required by the State of Oklahoma to have a current immunization record on every camper.
REGISTRATION FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COPY OF THE IMMUNIZATION RECORD.
Check with the Health Department to make sure your child’s immunizations are up to date. A listing of the current requirements is available in the school office. Even though your child may have attended our camp last year, or he/she is currently attending Life, we need a new copy of the immunization record. We will not transfer the records from the school or preschool. Please do not attempt to turn in registration forms without the shot records. THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All registration forms and shot records will be reviewed the week before camp starts. Any child without current immunizations will not be allowed to attend until the immunizations are up-to-date.
Dress Code: Please send socks with your child in his/her backpack daily. Your child will be participating in skating or bowling weekly. In case of inclement weather, the activity of the day may need to be changed to skating or bowling.
Girls – At the pool, girls must wear modest one-piece swimsuits. When not in swimwear, their clothing must be modest. No halter-tops, spaghetti straps, tank tops, or short shorts will be allowed. Shoes must be worn at all times.
Boys – Shorts and shirts must be worn while on the school grounds. Shoes must be worn at all times. Boys must wear swimming trunks while at the pool.Children without swimwear are not allowed in the pools. The public pools will not allow swimmers to wear jean shorts. You will be told to sit out if you are wearing denim shorts (hemmed or not)! Any t-shirt worn over a swimsuit must be white.
SUNSCREEN (for your child’s protection) IS REQUIRED. Please write your child’s name on the bottle.
PLEASE LABEL ALL PERSONAL ITEMS. These items need to be placed in a backpack or some sort of zippered enclosure for ease of containment. Day camp personnel are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.Meals: Campers are responsible for their snacks (2 a day) and lunches. Please use insulated coolers. Campers may also purchase snacks from our vending machines.
Littlebits Note: In the afternoon they will have a naptime. Please provide your child with a sleeping mat and towel.
Drop Off: Monday through Friday mornings in the gym until 8:00 am. Anytime after 8:00 am you can drop them off in the cafeteria.Pick Up: Monday through Friday, in the small chapel at the north end of the facility until 4:00 pm. From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the main lobby area.
An adult must check in each child every morning
and must sign each child out every evening.
